CONGRATULATIONS – Catherine Anne Gearhart, daughter of Mark and Tammay Gearhart, and a life-long member of St. Mary’s Church – having earned a bachelor of science in Nursing from Piedmont College in

May 2007, successfully passed her National Nursing Boards this month and is now a Registered Nurse! She continues the care, compassion and healing ministry of the Lord at Athens Regional Medical Center. Congratulations Catie!

YARD SALE: The Ladie’s Guild is sponsoring their annual RENT A TABLE yardsale April 12th, 8am = 1pm (Rain date April 19th) – tables/space are $10 – to reserve your spot, call Mary Ruetten at 706-886-0627.

 

The Ladies Guild is sponsoring a bake sale along with the rent-a-table yard sale on April 12.  We are asking for baked donations to be brought to the church on Friday, April 11.  A sign up sheet will be in the narthex. 

 

Proceeds from the rent-a-table yard and bake sales will be donated to the multipurpose bldg. fund and a local charity.

 

LORD’S HOUSEKEEPERS: I am asking for the help of all parish members, men, women, and teens. We need your help with cleaning the church. The more we have the less that has to be done by the same ones, over and over. Would you please come to our aid? Please call Barbara Watson at 706-886-2282.
